With some capital help from a family member, we started with a modest inventory, which included two pairs of loudspeakers, a preamplifier, two power amplifiers, a CD player, and an FM tuner. However, we faced tough competition and took three months to make our first sale. To succeed, we sculpted our sales approach, diversified our product portfolio, and focused on establishing smooth relationships with our clients. This approach eventually paid off, and we expanded our clientele in the UAE to include high net worth VIPs and Royals.
Over time, we shifted our focus towards large PA systems, professional installations, managing AV for large-scale exhibitions, and providing translation services for regular events in the industry, used by Government Departments, and event management companies.
